The Baroness

The Baroness is a high jewellery emerald and diamond suite conceived as a single, unified composition. The creation centres on five pear-shaped Colombian emeralds, selected over several years for their colour, proportion, and internal character, and brought together to form a coherent sequence rather than individual elements.

I

The design is structured around classical balance and wearability. The emeralds are arranged to rest along the collarbone, supported by a collier of emerald-cut diamonds that establishes rhythm and continuity across the piece. Lotus motifs are introduced as structural intervals, providing separation, support, and measured transition between the stones while maintaining clarity throughout the composition.

II

Executed in 18-karat white gold, the necklace is set with five Colombian emeralds weighing a total of 39.52 carats and 176 diamonds totalling 41.38 carats. Material, scale, and proportion are resolved as a whole, allowing the gemstones to remain central to the composition.

After years of perseverance and dedication,  the complete layout of five matching gems became a reality, and the creation of one of the most significant pieces in Rosenkrantz’s history was born.
